Susana Bettencourt
"The ways of seeing” is the name of the collection proposed for spring/summer 2016 and it is inspired by the interior of the human eye. This is the first chapter in the designer’s quest to understand how we can all see the world differently. In order to translate this quest, Susana initially focuses only on the anatomical lines of the eye, which are responsible for receiving data, the visual information we see every day.

This is the beginning of a new cycle for the work of Susana Bettencourt, who after establishing her identity as a designer can now freely experiment and express her manual skills, always up-to-date in technology. Using knits made by her own hands, she will express her points of view and share her process of understanding and researching these "ways of seeing matter”.
